Buy in Grine
Select the products you like the most by browsing the Online Store menu or using our search. It is possible to directly add any product to the cart through the product grid or by clicking on the photo to see more details about the product. You can choose to continue your purchases or complete them through checkout. To complete the purchase, you can do it if you are already registered, otherwise, register. Finally, select a shipping option, a payment method and confirm your order.

Currently, our online store is available in Portugal and Spain.

Safety
For Grine, purchase security is extremely important. Therefore, our website assumes a commitment of responsibility towards its visitors, protecting their personal data based on the encryption of data transmission, through a secure http (HTTPS://) with Digital Security Certificate.

registration

If you are a new customer, you can register on the Grine.eu website by accessing the page"Begin session", where you must fill in the required fields. If you have already created an account at Grine.eu and just want to start your session, access the same page and fill in your login and password, defined by you, when creating the account.

Newsletters

Wishlist
Whenever you are online in the catalogue, we give you the possibility to add your favorite items to the wish list to buy them later. But in this option, the product is not reserved, but memorized for a possible future purchase. All products are eligible for the wish list. To add an article just click once on the "heart" icon on the product detail page.

Forgotten Password
If, for some reason, you forget your password, it can be recovered in the "Login" section. You will then be sent an email with the new password.

Cancel My Account

Payment methods
During the check out process you will be asked to choose a payment method to finalize your purchase. Payment methods may vary depending on the shipping country. Below are the available payment methods:

PT: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal, Homebanking e MBWay
EN: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal
 
Currency
All orders are processed in the local currency of the respective country of purchase. But if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by the Bank/PayPal and not by Grine.

Additional Fees
Due to different customs policies and import duties, it is not possible for Grine to anticipate the exact amount of fees or additional costs that may apply after the order has arrived in the country of destination. In case of doubt, the local services of the country in question must be contacted before making the purchase, for a more accurate knowledge of possible fees and taxes to be applied.

Follow-up of Orders

If you choose to receive a "Registered Order", it is possible to track it in more detail through "My Account", in the "Orders" section. If you choose normal shipping, it is possible to track the order until the moment the order is shipped.

Country of Purchase and Shipping
The destination country must always match the country of purchase. Grine reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this policy.

Cancel an Order
An order can be canceled if its status is "Order Confirmed" or "Order in Process". From the moment the order is shipped from our store, it will be treated as a return. To verify this information, simply access the "Orders" section in the respective account. If you are not registered, please contact us via email geral@grine.pt.

Delivery times and types
During peak sales season, delivery times may be longer than usual. The same applies, in the case in which we are currently living, Due to Covid-19 in which the delays are unrelated to us.

Azores and Madeira - Ehome delivery: from €0.82 |5-8 working days

Product Availability
The replacement of our items is carried out frequently, which is why we more effectively guarantee the continuous availability of our products online. If an item is no longer available for purchase on our website, it is most likely that it has sold out. In this case, out-of-print items will be immediately removed from our website.

On all our product pages we provide asize guidefor a more accurate purchase of our articles.

Defective product
Grine only sells items that are in perfect condition. In the exceptional circumstances of sending a defective item, we ask you to contact us.

Promotional Codes and Discounts
Gift cards, vouchers, promotional codes and discounts only apply to online purchases and can only be used in the country in which the purchase is made.
