Some of our products have specific return policies.

Swimwear → We only accept returns if the hygiene sticker is intact.

Accessories → Must be returned with their original pouch or packaging.

Personalised items → As these are custom-made, they cannot be returned or exchanged, and the purchase cannot be cancelled.

Packs → Products sold together (packs) must be returned as a set.

Special packaging and accessories → If an item comes with special packaging (such as fabric bags, premium boxes, or garment bags) or includes any extra items, returns will only be accepted if everything is returned in the same condition.

For all items: Follow the rules and advice on the clothing label.

Care for your swimwear:
Avoid rough surfaces: Always use a towel when sitting down. Contact with cement, stones, or wood can damage the fabric.
Washing: Rinse with fresh water after use and hand wash with soap for delicate fabrics. Do not use strong detergents.
Drying: Never in the sun or in a dryer. Remove excess water with a towel and let dry in the shade.
Stains: Remove while still wet. Avoid scrubbing to prevent damage to the color.
Creams : Sunscreens and creams can stain and damage garments.
Sand: Use a hairdryer on cool air to remove particles trapped in the fabric.

Attention!

• Neon fabrics may release dye during the first washes, so always wash them separately.
• For the first wash, hand wash and do not soak.
• It is normal for the garment to release some dye initially, but by following these instructions, the color and quality of the fabric will be preserved.
